Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers about searching for beauty services, booking or cancelling appointments, payments, and using the Beautlix platform.

For clients

Simply open the Beautlix website, find a service or salon using the search, and book a visit — registration is not required but having an account lets you track bookings and favorite salons.

Use the search bar on the homepage or the 'Search Salons' page — you can search by service name, city, or a specific salon's name.

On the salons list page, select the desired category (e.g., hairdresser, manicure, massage) in the filter bar — the list will update automatically.

Use the city filter or the map view on the salons page to see only salons located in the most convenient area for you.

In the filters panel, set your desired price range so that the list shows only salons within your budget.

The sorting feature lets you order salons from the highest rated — just select the 'By Rating' sort option.

Click 'Sign Up' in the top menu, choose 'Register,' and enter your email and password.

Click 'Sign In,' enter the email and password you used during registration.

After logging in, go to 'My Profile' and edit your name, phone, or other information.

In profile settings, find the 'Password' section where you can change it by entering your old and new password.

On the login page, click "Forgot password" and follow the instructions sent by email.

On the salon page, select the service, click "Book", choose a time, and confirm the reservation.

Only actually available times are shown in the booking window — simply choose the date and time that are most convenient for you.

After confirming the chosen time, the reservation is automatically registered, and you will receive a confirmation by email.
Go to "My bookings" in your profile and click "Cancel" next to the reservation you want to cancel.
You can cancel your reservation and create a new one at a more convenient time in your profile.
A confirmation is sent automatically by email immediately after booking.
A reminder is sent automatically by email shortly before your appointment time.
After your visit, the salon page will provide an option to leave a rating and comment — visible to logged-in clients.
In the review form, select a star rating from 1 to 5 and write a short comment about your experience.
Active discounts and promotions are posted on salon pages and profiles — they are shown directly next to the service price.
If the salon offers a discount code, you can enter it at the reservation confirmation step.
On the salon card or page, click the heart icon to add it to your favorites.
Log in and go to "My Profile" → "Favorites", where you will find all marked salons.
The salon page contains contact information — phone number, address, and, if provided, email.

Refunds depend on the specific salon's cancellation policy — first contact the salon, and in case of disagreements — contact Beautlix support.

For salons and beauty professionals

Click the “For Business” menu item, fill out the registration form, and you will get access to the control panel within minutes.
After registration, select “Create Salon” in the control panel and enter the name, address, description, and photos.
In the control panel, go to the “Services” section and click “Add Service,” specifying the name, category, duration, and price.
You can set and edit the price for each service directly in the “Services” section.
In the “Working Hours” section, set the salon’s hours for each day of the week — this will automatically limit available booking times.
In the “Employees” section, you can view, add, and edit your salon team members.
Click “Add Employee” and enter the name, specialization, and assigned services.
You can assign an individual work schedule to each employee in the “Employees” section.
In the control panel’s “Bookings” section, you see all incoming, upcoming, and completed bookings.
Bookings are usually confirmed automatically, but you can set manual confirmation in the “Settings” section.
For a specific booking, click “Cancel” and, if you want, provide a reason to the client.
The calendar view in the control panel shows all bookings by day, week, or month.
In the Reviews section, you can see all comments and ratings left by clients.
There is an option to write a public reply to each review, which will be visible to all visitors of the salon's page.
In the Discounts section, you can create, edit, and deactivate promotions for your salon.
Click "New Discount," select the service, discount amount, and validity period.
All salon management is done through the dashboard — services, employees, bookings, discounts, and statistics all in one place.
The Analytics section displays statistics on visits, bookings, and clients in graphical form.
In the Income section, you can see turnover by period, service, and employee.
In settings, you can choose which payment methods the salon accepts — cash, card, or online payment.
