2.6. Before Booking, the Client is clearly informed about who the specific service provider is and how responsibilities related to that service are allocated between Beautlix, the Service provider, and the Client.
2.7. Beautlix may offer additional functions such as payment administration, marketing, communication, reminders, analytics, or other business features. Their scope, cost, and mandatory status are specified in the selected commercial plan or individual agreement. 5.4. The service provider must inform the Client in advance about important service conditions, possible contraindications, preparations, risks, and care recommendations when applicable.
5.5. Additional legal requirements apply for medical, dental, aesthetic medicine, or other licensed services. Information provided on the Platform does not replace an individual consultation with a licensed specialist.
5.6. The service provider is independently responsible for the actions of their employees, representatives, and subcontractors.
5.7. The service provider must immediately inform Beautlix if their right to perform activities, licenses, contact or registration details change, or if any other circumstances arise that may affect Client safety or rights.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1. The Client must:
a) provide correct contact and booking information;
b) arrive at the reserved time;
c) comply with the Service Provider's reasonable rules;
d) inform in time about no-shows or cancellations;
e) pay the clearly indicated service price before the Reservation;
f) provide directly to the Service Provider only such health or other information that is reasonably necessary for the safe provision of the specific service. Such information does not need to be made public or uploaded to the Platform unless there is a separate, clearly specified function and legal basis for this.
6.2. If there are reasonable doubts about health, allergies, contraindications, or other risks, the Client is advised to consult a qualified specialist before the service. "Beautlix" does not perform individual medical fitness assessments.
6.3. Making fictitious reservations, abusing the cancellation system, disrupting the activities of Service Providers, or otherwise unfairly using the Platform is prohibited.
7. RESERVATIONS AND SERVICE AGREEMENT FORMATION
7.1. A service listed on the Platform is usually considered an invitation to make a reservation, unless otherwise clearly stated in the specific offer.
7.2. The service agreement between the Client and the Service Provider is considered concluded when the Reservation is confirmed on the Platform or by another clearly indicated method. Before confirmation, the Client is provided with essential information about the Service Provider, the service, price, time, cancellation terms, and additional fees, if applicable.
7.3. After confirming the Reservation, the Client may receive confirmation via email, SMS, app notification, or another selected channel.
7.4. The User must check the Reservation details and immediately report any errors found.
7.5. The Service Provider may reasonably change or cancel the Reservation if it is impossible to provide the service. In such cases, the Client must be informed as soon as possible.
7.6. "Beautlix" does not guarantee that all times indicated on the Platform will always be available but takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
8. CHANGING, CANCELLING RESERVATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS
8.1. The terms for changing and cancelling reservations are set by the specific Service Provider. They must be provided to the Client before confirming the Reservation.
8.2. The Client must cancel the Reservation within the timeframe specified on the Platform or in the Service Provider’s rules.
8.3. In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fee may be charged if the Client was clearly informed about it before confirming the Reservation.
8.4. The Service Provider may not charge fees not indicated on the Platform or provided in advance rules.
8.5. If a refund is due for a cancelled Reservation, it is processed according to applicable laws, the payment service provider’s terms, and the specific offer conditions.
8.6. The Reservation must be changeable or cancellable in a simple way indicated on the Platform or by contacting the Service Provider directly if the Platform’s function is temporarily unavailable.
9. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND INVOICES
9.1. Prices on the Platform are indicated in euros or another clearly marked currency. Before the Reservation, the total amount payable, including applicable taxes and mandatory additional charges, is presented. If a specific tax cannot be precisely calculated in advance, its calculation method is clearly indicated.
9.2. The accuracy of service prices is the responsibility of the Service Provider who published them.
9.3. Payments may be made:
a) on the Platform;
b) at the Service Provider’s location;
c) through a third-party payment service provider;
d) by another method specified before the Reservation.
9.4. Payments may be subject to the payment service provider’s terms and privacy policy.
9.5. If "Beautlix" collects payment on behalf of the Service Provider, this does not mean that "Beautlix" becomes the service provider.
9.6. Service Providers may be subject to subscription, payment administration, advertising, or other fees clearly specified before choosing a plan, according to the commercial plan or individual agreement. "Beautlix" does not charge commissions on the service price offered to the Client.
9.7. The Service Provider is responsible for issuing appropriate invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents, except where otherwise clearly agreed.
10. USER RIGHTS AND REFUNDS
10.1. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union apply to clients considered consumers under the law.
10.2. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived or restricted by law.
10.3. When a service contract is made remotely and no legal exception applies, the consumer generally has the right to withdraw within 14 days without providing a reason. Specific withdrawal conditions and information are given by the Service Provider before the Reservation.
10.4. If the consumer explicitly requests the service to begin before the 14-day period ends and later withdraws from the contract, they may need to pay for the part of the service properly provided until the withdrawal. The right to withdraw from a fully performed service is lost only when the service has started with the consumer's clear prior consent and acknowledgment that this right will be lost upon full performance.
10.5. The mere fact that a beauty or care service is booked for a specific date does not automatically mean the 14-day withdrawal right never applies. Each case is assessed according to the nature of the specific service and applicable mandatory laws.
10.6. Whether the Client is entitled to a refund for a poorly provided, unprovided, or canceled service is evaluated according to the conditions provided in advance by the Service Provider and mandatory laws.
10.7. Disputes regarding a specific service are initially resolved directly with the Service Provider who provided it. Beautlix can assist in forwarding information and Reservation data available on the Platform, but does not make decisions in place of the parties to the service contract, except for disputes about services provided by Beautlix itself.
11. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
11.1. Users may only post reviews about services actually received or experiences they have had.
11.2. A review can be marked as verified only when it can be linked to a completed Reservation made through the Platform or the experience is verified by another reasonable method. Unverified reviews are not presented as verified.
11.3. Beautlix may apply automatic and manual measures to check the origin, repetition, manipulation, and potential conflicts of interest of reviews. Beautlix does not rewrite reviews to change their meaning and does not purchase fake positive ratings.
11.4. Reviews must be honest, justified, and not violate the rights of others.
11.5. It is prohibited to post:
a) false or misleading information;
b) content inciting threats, hatred, or discrimination;
c) another person's personal data without lawful basis;
d) advertisements, spam, or artificially created reviews;
e) content infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other rights;
f) illegal, indecent, or socially dangerous content.
11.6. Possible illegal content can be reported by email hello@beautlix.com or through the reporting function provided on the Platform.
11.7. When reporting, please provide a reasonable explanation, the exact location or link to the content, the reporter's name or title and email, and confirm that the information is provided honestly and accurately. Where laws allow anonymous reports, providing personal data is not required.
11.8. Upon receiving a sufficiently precise report, Beautlix confirms receipt and makes a decision in a timely, careful, objective, and impartial manner. The reporter who provided contact details is informed about the decision and possible ways to appeal it.
11.9. When content is removed, visibility is reduced, payments or Accounts are restricted due to illegality or violation of the Terms, the affected User is provided with a clear explanation of the decision and information on the possibility to request a review, except where prohibited by law or urgent security risks arise.
11.10. By uploading Content, the User confirms they have the right to use it and grants Beautlix a non-exclusive, free license to store, technically process, display, and distribute the Content as necessary to provide the Platform, display the Service Provider's profile or offer, and promote the Platform. Content is not used for purposes unrelated to the Platform.
11.11. The User retains ownership rights to their Content.
11.12. Beautlix may remove or restrict Content that violates these Terms, laws, or the rights of others.
12. SEARCH RESULTS AND RANKING
12.1. The visibility of Service Providers and their placement in search results may be influenced by the following main parameters:
a) relevance to the Client's search;
b) location and distance;
c) availability of services;
d) prices and categories of services;
e) ratings and reviews;
f) completeness of Account information;
g) history of bookings and cancellations;
h) criteria for Platform quality and reliability;
i) commercial or promotional measures.
12.2. The most important factors usually include matching the Client’s search, chosen location or distance, and actual service availability. Next are evaluated the match of prices and categories, reviews, profile completeness, and reliability indicators. The exact weighting may vary depending on the search and filters selected by the User.
12.3. The service provider can improve natural visibility by providing detailed and accurate information, updating available times, and reliably executing Bookings. Payment alone does not guarantee a position in Beautlix’s natural results.
12.4. Paid, advertised, or priority content, if applicable, is clearly marked and separated from regular results. Such payment can only affect the marked advertising position.
12.5. The Client can change the arrangement of results by selecting filters, sorting methods, location, date, or service category available on the Platform.
12.6. Beautlix may change search, recommendation, and ranking systems to improve the Platform’s quality, security, and relevance. Changes significantly affecting Business users’ visibility or commercial terms are announced in the manner set out in section 22.
12.7. If Beautlix itself or through a controlled entity offers services competing with other Service providers’ offers and applies different evaluation or data access for them, such differentiated evaluation will be clearly disclosed in this section or before it takes effect.
13. PROHIBITED USE
13.1. When using the Platform it is prohibited to:
a) violate laws or rights of third parties;

g) manipulate reviews, ratings, or bookings;
h) use the Platform for fraud or money laundering;
i) advertise prohibited, illegal, or misleading services;
j) disrupt the operation of the Platform or other Users’ use thereof.
13.2. Without prior written consent from Beautlix, it is forbidden to use robots, data collection programs, automated agents, or other means for mass copying of Platform content.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
14.1. Platform software code, design, databases, logos, trademarks, texts, graphic elements, and other content created by Beautlix belong to Beautlix or its licensors.
14.2. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Platform under these Terms.
14.3. Without written permission, it is not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, decompile, or otherwise commercially use the Platform or its parts.
14.4. The name, logo, and other trademarks of Beautlix may not be used in a way that creates a false impression of partnership, endorsement, or representation.

15.1. Information about how Beautlix collects and processes personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy:
https://www.beautlix.pl/privatumo-politika/

https://www.beautlix.pl/sausainuku-politika/
15.3. When processing personal data for its business purposes, Beautlix may act as an independent data controller.
15.4. When the Service Provider independently determines the purposes and means of processing Customer data, it is considered an independent data controller and is responsible for the legality of its data processing.
15.5. When Beautlix processes personal data on behalf of the Service Provider as a data processor, a separate Data Processing Agreement may apply.
15.6. The Service Provider may not use Customer data obtained through the Platform for unrelated marketing without a proper legal basis.
15.7. The Service Provider can access their provided profile and service information, Booking data, customer data necessary for executing Bookings, and other business data available under the chosen plan in their Account. The scope of access depends on legitimate roles, employee rights, and Platform features.
15.8. Beautlix has access to data necessary for Platform administration, security, payments, support, analytics, and compliance with legal obligations. Data is shared with third parties only on grounds specified in the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, or legal regulations.
15.9. Before closing the Account, the Service Provider is advised to export any data they need. Upon request no later than 30 days after Account closure, legally issued data will be provided in a commonly used format, provided the storage period has not expired and delivery is not restricted by third-party rights or legal regulations.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
16.1. The Platform may use third-party payment, mapping, analytics, communication, cloud, authentication, and other services.
16.2. Separate terms of use and privacy policies may apply to third-party services.
16.3. Beautlix is not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites or services, except where mandatory legal regulations establish such liability.
17. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
17.1. We strive to ensure stable Platform operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free service.
17.2. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
a) technical maintenance;
b) updates;
c) security incidents;
d) connectivity or third-party service disruptions;
e) force majeure circumstances.
17.3. Beautlix may change, supplement, temporarily suspend, or discontinue specific Platform functions.
17.4. If a change significantly reduces the functionality of a paid service, the Service Provider will be informed in advance and given the option to terminate the relevant paid plan, except when the change is urgently required by law, security reasons, or circumstances beyond Beautlix's control.
18. ACCOUNT RESTRICTION AND TERMINATION
18.1. A User may stop using the Platform and submit a request to close their Account.

a) violates these Terms;
b) provides false information;
c) threatens the security of the Platform or other persons;
d) fails to fulfill payment obligations;
e) offers illegal or dangerous services;
f) repeatedly receives justified complaints;
g) otherwise misuses the Platform.
18.3. Where the violation can be remedied, Beautlix may provide a reasonable deadline for correction.
18.4. In case of urgent risk to security, fraud, or legal violations, the Account may be restricted immediately.
18.5. Closing an Account does not exempt from payment, liability, or other obligations incurred before closure.
18.6. When restricting or suspending a Business User's Account, specific reasons must be provided in a durable medium before or at the time the decision takes effect. In case of full termination of Platform services to a Business User, notification of the decision and reasons is usually given at least 30 days in advance.
18.7. The 30-day period does not apply when Beautlix must terminate service due to legal requirements or authority instructions, there is an immediate risk to security or fraud, or the Business User has repeatedly and materially violated these Terms. When possible, notification of such decisions and reasons is given immediately.
18.8. The User may request a review of the decision within 6 months of receiving it by contacting via email hello@beautlix.com. The complaint must specify the Account, disputed decision, and arguments. Complaints are reviewed free of charge, timely, and impartially, with the decision not based solely on automated means.
18.9. If the decision is overturned, Beautlix restores any unjustly restricted Content, features, or Account without undue delay where technically possible and lawful.
19. LIABILITY
19.1. Beautlix is liable for breaches of its contractual and statutory duties according to applicable law. No provision of these Terms removes users' rights or claims for damages that cannot be limited by agreement.
19.2. Since the specific service to the Client is provided by an independent Service Provider, Beautlix is not liable for circumstances beyond its control and for which the Service Provider is liable under the law, including:

c) inaccuracies in information provided by the Service Provider;

22.3. Registered Users are informed of significant changes by email, Platform notification, or other durable means before changes come into effect.
22.4. Business users are notified of applicable changes at least 15 days in advance. If implementing changes requires significant technical or commercial adjustments, a proportionally longer period is provided.
22.5. Advance notice may not apply to editorial changes that do not alter the meaning of the Terms, or when immediate change is necessary due to law, authority instructions, fraud, cybersecurity, or other urgent risks.
22.6. Until changes come into effect, the User may terminate use of the Platform. Continued use after proper notice may imply consent only to the extent permitted by law. When separate explicit consent is required, Beautlix obtains it before applying the change.

24. FINAL PROVISIONS
24.1. If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
24.2. Beautlix's failure to exercise a specific right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
24.3. The User may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Beautlix.
24.4. Beautlix may transfer its rights and obligations to an affiliated company, a business successor, or another party in cases of reorganization, business transfer, or a similar transaction, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
