Beautlix account and data deletion
A Beautlix user can request to delete their account and related personal data at any time.
How to submit a request
- From the email address you registered with Beautlix, write to support@beautlix.com.
- In the subject line, enter "Beautlix account deletion."
- Specify the registration email address. Do not send the password.
After verifying the account identity, we will process the request no later than 30 calendar days and notify you by email.
What will be deleted
- Beautlix account and profile data;
- saved salons and app settings;
- loyalty and referral program data, if applicable;
- other account-related data we are not required to retain.
Which data may be retained longer
Reservation, payment, accounting, dispute prevention, or fraud control data may be retained as required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. Deleted data in backup copies may remain for up to 90 days, after which they are removed according to backup update cycles.
